The Differential Diagnosis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

We have attempted to call attention to the more common pulmonary and constitutional diseases that are confused with tuberculosis. It is extremely important to remember that a careful history and a careful complete examination will in most instances make the diagnosis. Do not hesitate, however, in appropriate cases to keep the patient under observation until an accurate diagnosis can be made.
