The Effect of Acetazolamide on Arterial Carbon Dioxide Tension in Respiratory Acidosis: A Preliminary Report

The decrease in carbon dioxide arterial tension after initiation of treatment with acetazolamide in respiratory acidosis occurring in the decompesation stage of chronic respiratory insufficiency, is demonstrated.
