Pablo Zubiate M.D.1; Oscar Magidson M.D.1; and Jerome Harold Kay M.D., F.C.C.P.1

1 Department of Surgery, University of Southern California School of Medicine, Saint Vinvent's Hospital and Los Angeles County General Hospital

Surgical correction under direct vision using cardiopulmonary bypass permits accurate unhurried correction of these defects.
