1. Primary bronchopulmonary cryptococcosis is a rare fungus disease produced by Cryptococcus neoformans which is a non-chlorophyllic spherule reproducing by budding.
2. The epidemiology, clinical pathology, clinical coudse, and treatment are discussed.
3. Six cases of primary bronchopulmonary cryptococcosis are reviewed and analyzed.
4. Two cases with localized nodules were resected and presumed cured after two and three years, respectively.
5. Two patients were treated with amphotericin B; one of these expired after 18 months; the other is progressing satisfactorily after one year.
6. Two cases treated with dihydroxy stilbamidine are alive and doing well after six months and three year, respectively.
