The "Coronary Myocardial Artery" for Coronary Artery Disease

Laboratory work has been summarized from which an operative procedure has developed and been used in three clinical cases. Detailed discussion of each case is presented which indicates considerable work remains to be done to relate the laboratory experience to the clinical disease state so that a successful procedure can be expected.
