Serum Antimycobacterial Activity Test and Chemotherapy of the Patients Infected with Unclassified Mycobacteria

1. Sera of normal adults did not inhibit the growth of unclassified mycobacteria.

2. Sera obtained from the patients who received streptomycin, isoniazid and paraaminosalicylic acid scarcely inhibited the growth of scotochromogen and nonphoto. chromogen microorganisms.

3. The chemotherapy with kanamycin plus EB plus isoniazid or TH is considered to be successful for the treatment of the disease caused by unclassified mycobacteria.
