Pulmonary Infiltrations with Eosinophilia as a Manifestation of Carcinoma

This paper reports the case of a patient with adenocarcinoma of the colon who presented with the syndrome of pulmonary infiltrations and eosinophilia. The author suggests an immunologic relationship. Carcinoma should be recognized as a rare but most important entity among the many conditions associated with this syndrome.
