The following communication reflects the educational goals of the American College of Chest Physicians. The members of the Council on Postgraduate Medical Education commend Mr. Claxton for his skillful services as Staff Coordinator for Education (ACCP). Our program encompasses determination of needs of the medical community and the educational implementation of the aims using accepted teaching techniques, or, whenever necessary, innovations in communication.
