Sarcoidosis and Malakoplakia

Sarcoidosis and malakoplakia are granulomatous diseases of obscure etiology. This is the fifth biopsy proved case of sarcoidosis and malakoplakia. The mean age was 42 years and all five cases were women, three Negroes, and in two the race was unknown. Sarcoidosis and malakoplakia have similarities and may be related.
