A New Cause For Biliobronchial Fistula

An unusual complication of artificial pneumoperitoneum is presented. Extensive review of the literature relative to biliobronchial fistulae has not revealed a similar case. The unusual nature of the etiology involved in this patient is stressed since it appeared to result from atraumatle transdiaphragmatic therapeutic pneumoperitoneum.
