Anomalous Pulmonary Vein Serving as Collateral Channel in Aortic Stenosis with Hypoplastic Left Ventricle and Endocardial Fibroelastosis

In an infant with aortic stenosis and hypoplastic left ventricle, obstruction was associated with a pulmonary venous collateral channel to the left innominate vein. Visualized in angiocardiograms, this venous channel was similar to total anomalous pulmonary venous connection.
