Development of Tricuspid Valvular Regurgitation During the Course of Chronic Cor Pulmonale

A case of chronic cor pulmonale leading to tricuspid insufficiency is traced over a nine year period and the apparent rarity of this complication noted. Clinical findings are supported by a wide range of laboratory techniques including cardiac catheterization and cineangiography.
