Enrique Cubillo M.D.1 and S. David Rockoff M.D.2

1 Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology, Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, Missouri

Radiologically demonstrable fluid of high calcium content in an intrapulmonary bronchogenic cyst is reported, occurring in a 54-year-old asymptomatic woman. The two previous reports of high calcium-containing fluid in bronchogenic cysts have been in association with lesions which were located in the mediastinum. The x-ray film appearance and diagnostic implications of this uncommon appearance of a common lesion are discussed.
