Traumatic Bifascicular Intraventricular Block

E. G. Gozo Jr. M.D.; H. C. Cohen M.D.; and A. Pick M.D.

A case of bifascicular intraventricular conduction defect due to nonpenetrating trauma to the heart sustained in an auto accident is reported. Previous cases with similar electrocardiographic manifestations are mentioned. Anatomic localization of the injury and clinical implications are commented on.
