A patient with Hodgkin's disease complicated in the terminal stage by endobronchial involvement and bronchoesophageal fistula is reported. The patient died of recurrent bronchopneumonia secondary to the fistula. Even though mechlorethamine (Mustargen) intravenously and radiotherapy locally were given, no improvement was noted.
