Ventricular Demand Pacemaker Inhibition by An Atrial Fixed Rate Pacemaker

External and internal electrical fields may supress pacemaker function. Suppression of an epicardial ventricular demand pacemaker by an epicardial fixed rate atrial pacemaker set at high amperage is described in this report.
