Pedunculated Pericardial Coelomic Cyst Manifesting as a Rolling Intrapleural Mass

A proved case of pedunculated pericardial coelomic cyst, which presented as an intrapleural rolling mass, is reported. Pneumothorax made the cyst with long stalk more visible on films.
