Right Ventricular Mesothelioma with Pulmonary Obstruction

A patient with cardiac malignant mesothelioma is described. Surgical resection and radiation therapy resulted in a good palliation for more than a year. Despite the generally poor results of treatment, an earlier consideration of the diagnosis should improve the outlook.
