Persistent Common Atrioventricular Canal and Down's Syndrome with Unusually Prolonged Survival

Clinical, hemodynamic and angiographic data are presented from a patient with persistent common atrioventricular canal and Down's syndrome. In the complete form of this defect, survival beyond adolescence is considered to be rare, but the patient is 33 years of age and only moderately disabled.
