Two new upper-limb-cardiovascular syndromes are presented, one due to an extra small chromosome, while the other is of unknown cause. To better understand these syndromes a classification of such disorders is presented along with a discussion of the embryologic relationship between the upper limbs and heart. Clinical awareness of these syndromes can greatly enhance one's diagnostic acumen.
