A 78-year-old man developed sinoatrial block with Wenckebach phenomenon and ventricular parasytole after a myocardial infarction. Each of these arrhythmias is rare and the odds of both occurring together are astronomical. The mechanism and genesis of each arrhythmia correlated well with the site of infarction.
