Pulmonary Pseudolymphoma Presenting as a Solitary Nodular Density with an Air Bronchogram

This case report describes a 73-year-old woman who presented with a solitary nodular chest density due to pseudolymphoma. The entity is of interest in that the tumor has a characteristic roentgenographic appearance and a benign prognosis.
