Bronchogenic Carcinoma in the Presence of Heart Disease: A Diagnostic Dilemma

Jeoffrey Stross M.D.1; Marvin M. Kirsh M.D.2; and Richard Prager M.D.3

1 Chief Medical Resident, Department of Internal Medicine
2 Departments of Medicine and Surgery, The University of Michigan Medical Center, Ann Arbor
3 House Officer, Department of Surgery
