Bilateral Symmetrical Metastases to the Clavicular Heads from Bronchogenic Carcinoma Simulating Primary Hyperparathyroidism

A case of bronchogenic carcinoma with signs of hyperparathyroidism and bilateral symmetrical metastasis to the clavicles is presented. Ectopic hyperparathyroidism was confirmed. The clinical and laboratory differentiation of primary and ectopic hyperparathyroidism is discussed.
