A patient with bifascicular block (right-bundle-branch-block and left anterior hemiblock) secondary to a gunshot wound of the heart is presented. His bundle recordings revealed a normal H-V interval, suggesting that the remaining functioning fascicle (left posterior) was not involved. We believe this to be the first reported case of bifascicular block secondary to pentrating trauma.
