Eggshell Calcification with Systemic Sarcoidosis

Three cases of eggshell calcification in hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes in patients with systemic sarcoidosis are presented. A number of common features, ie presence of systemic disease, parenchymal involvement by chest radiography, and prior treatment with steroids are discussed.
