Association of Holt-Oram syndrome and malignancy has not been emphasized previously. Among reported cases only two such examples exist. Based upon the fact that in our patient deficiency in immunoglobulins and impaired cellular immunity co-existed, which we thought could predispose to malignancy, and since in previous reported cases impaired cellular immunity and diminished immunoglobulins were not reported, we suggest that this association may not be only coincidental.
