Noel Curry M.B.B.S.1 and Richard S. Anderson M.D.1

1 Department of Medicine and Radiology, University of Oregon Medical School Hospitals, Portland, Oregon

This rare and bizarre complication should be considered in the differential diagnosis of acute cardiorespiratory conditions.
