Idiopathic hypertrophic subaortic stenosis with ostium secundum atrial septal defect: successful surgical correction

DC Smith, WV Vieweg, TL Folkerth and AD Hagan

The first report of coincident IHSS and ostium secundum ASD is corroborated and successful septal myotomy and myectomy with patch closure of the ASD is described.
