Extrapulmonary Non-Tuberculous Disease Complicating Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Three cases of extrapulmonary non-tuberculous disease simulating intestinal tuberculosis and occurring in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis are presented. The infrequency of extrapulmonary tuberculosis in cases of minimal pulmonary tuberculosis especially with inactive healed lesions stressed, and the importance of considering the likelihood of non-tuberculous disease in such cases is emphasized.
