In the Canzonieri study (Case 2), the patient age should be 49. The Clement study was published in 1988, not 1998; in that study, the treatment column should read "Excision of some nodules and tamoxifen." In the Matsumoto study, the follow-up column should read "Alive, 6 yrs post-op."

In the October 2003 issue, the paper, "High Dose Rate Brachytherapy for Nonmalignant Airway Obstruction: New Treatment Option" (CHEST 2003; 124:1605–1610) by Brenner et al, was submitted with an error in an author’s name.
