It was unclear from your abstract as to whether the nocturnal oxygen was continued at the daytime flow rate or increased by the 1L/min during sleep previously recommended. COuld you please clarify this?

What is your recommendation 1 - to increase the oxygen flow rate by 1L or more or 2 - check overnight oximetry at home on oxygen in the subgroup of patients you mentioned? K Murree-Allen
