Your paper was quite informative. However in case of extrapulmonary primary MDR, will the same regimen work? I have a case wherein the patient has Koch's Spine with primary MDR infection. We earlier had a regime of RIF 450 mg, INH 300 mg, Etham 800 Mg, PYZ 1500 mg. Now after discovery of resistance to RIF and INH, we are adding Strepto 75 mg and Ethionamide 1000 mg. Is this advisible? The infection is at 4 levels i.e c3,c4,d4 and d5.
